Calendar, to-dos, meal planner, recipes, and grocery: the core planning tools that keep your household running.
Calendar
A shared month-view calendar for the whole household. Add events, browse any day in the day panel, and optionally sync from Google, iCloud, or Outlook.
- Click + Add in the day panel to create an event with title, time, and optional notes
- Event indicator dots mark busy days at a glance
- Click any dot in the day panel to view, edit, or delete the event
- Connect Google Calendar, Apple iCloud (CalDAV), or Microsoft Outlook in Settings › Calendar
To-Do Lists
Create named lists (Household, Weekend, Home Projects) that update in real time for everyone in your household. Tasks from connected providers merge into your named lists, or use it standalone.
- Click + Add Task, enter a title, choose a list, and save
- Tick the checkbox to mark a task done; it moves to "completed today"
- Filter which lists appear on the dashboard from Settings › To Do
- Sync with Microsoft To Do, Todoist, Trello, or Google Tasks: tasks merge into your named lists
Meal Planner
Plan the week's meals in a rolling 7-day view. Link meals to saved recipes and ingredients flow into your grocery list automatically.
- Click an empty slot on any day to add a meal name
- Name a meal exactly like a saved recipe and it auto-links on save
- Linked recipe ingredients populate the grocery list automatically
- Add Breakfast, Lunch, and Snacks in Settings › Meal Planning
Recipe Book
Store your family's recipes with structured ingredients, cook times, and serving sizes. AI can generate new recipes from a free-form description.
- Click + New Recipe to add ingredients with quantity, unit, and optional brand
- Link a recipe to a meal plan entry to auto-populate the grocery list
- Use + New with AI to generate a full recipe from a description
- Search recipes by name using the left panel search bar
Grocery List
Recipe ingredients from your meal plan flow in automatically. Same item across multiple recipes? Quantities are consolidated into one line.
- Linked meal recipe ingredients populate the list automatically
- Duplicate ingredients across multiple recipes are merged with totals summed
- Add one-off items manually, or set up weekly staple templates
- Optional: push items to your Kroger cart via the Kroger integration
